Dispatch by phone works right up to the point where it doesn’t, and the failure is always the same: a change made at the office never reaches the person driving. Everything we build for fleets is aimed at closing that gap.
The board comes first, because it gives the office one truthful view. The driver app comes second, because it turns that view into something useful at the kerb: the next drop, the route to it, and a signature or photo captured where the handover happens. Customer tracking links come almost free once the first two exist, and they remove most of the “where is it” calls.
