frameflow · review player with timecoded comments

The impact

Idea → publish in one connected workspace
Time-coded feedback pinned to the frame
One place for plan, footage, assets and budget

The problem

Sam was running video projects across spreadsheets, group chats, shared drives and separate review tools. Feedback got lost between the rough cut and the final, and nothing tied the plan, the footage and the assets together.

Pipeline board

A production pipeline (Planning → Filmed → Editing → Uploaded) so nothing slips between shoot and publish.

“Spreadsheets, group chats and three review tools became one. I never lose a client's note anymore.”

Why it worked

Why it worked

Video review is the part everyone tries to fix with a plugin. The interesting problem is one layer up: a note only has value if it is attached to the frame it describes and to the version it was given against. Once comments carry a timecode and a version, approval stops being a conversation and becomes a state.

Everything else in FrameFlow follows from keeping the plan, the footage and the money on the same record. Budget per project is not a finance feature here, it is context that sits two clicks from the thing being cut.
